This was Stevie Ray Vaughan‘s first time playing in Detroit and he puts on one hell of a show. Texas Flood had come out about a month prior and Stevie was still a relative unknown with the poster for the show having him billed as Bowie’s “Let’s Dance” lead guitar player.
